I recently had a great morning with the ‘Wine, Food and Travel’ group of the University of the Third Age. First a little of my family history ( it sounds a bit like a ‘sit com’ Italian family…) and an introduction to the beautiful and unspoilt Garfagnana region of Tuscany. Then, of course, plenty of time for a cookery demonstration and lots of tasting…….
